The graceful staff service. Their willingness to help and to support their clients. And, of course, I had chosen the hotel specifically; the location for me was perfect. It was not in the beautiful center of the town, but the busstop was near and access was perfect.

Easy to find, quiet location with enjoyable walk to centre. Good breakfast, clean and comfy room. Underground parking.

This room was an absolute delight! It was incredibly comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and the shower was pure bliss. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and I can't wait to return. The staff here were fantastic! They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

we booked for 2 nights as a stop over to Santander. Staff welcoming and helpful. we used the car parking which was excellent and easy. rooms comfortable with air con. we booked the small rooms. they were adequate for our needs. bus stop across the road for easy access to the town centre. there are bars and food close to the hotel. the following days run to Santander through the mountains (not motorway) was also excellent. would recommend.
